OUR STORY

.png

Rose Family Properties started its journey in 2018. After being forced to retire as a consultant cardiologist due to progressing Parkinsons and Multiple Sclerosis, Dr Ted Rose decided to invest his savings into something reliable for his family's future - and into something that would make a difference to people.

Ted, George and Sam subsequently spent two years educating themselves on identifying distressed housing, refurbishments, HMO's, financing options, deal analysis and building their team of industry professionals before buying the deals that best match their criteria.

We invest in the North West of England, and North Wales.
